Our products are suitable for all levels of gardener from beginner through to expert.

We have 4 natural biostimulant products in our range, all are simple to use and deliver great results:
- 01 Flower + Shrubs can be used on all plants, from flowers, shrubs, trees, climbers, bulbs, seeds, alpines and more
- 02 Garden Lawns will help you develop a larger root structure and achieve a stronger, healthier lawn
- 03 Fruit + Vegetables will help you grow bigger, tastier fruit and veg in a quicker timeframe, great for pots, vegetable patches, greenhouses and allotments.
- 04 Houseplants will help keep your indoor plants in tip top condition using natural ingredients to support the plant’s growth and long-term health.

Our products are safe to handle and non-toxic to you, your pets, wildlife or the environment.

At The Magic Molecule Co. our focus is on manufacturing products using purely natural ingredients, without any harmful chemicals or hidden ingredients.

To store, keep the bottle in a cool, dry place and out of direct sunlight. Once you have diluted it you will need to use it.

For best results in your garden we do not recommend storing the diluted product.

Don’t worry if you over-water with our products on some occasions, it's made from natural ingredients that won’t damage your plants.

Our 500ml bottles are made from aluminium and the caps are made from HDPE which are both widely recyclable. 

Please ensure you rinse empty bottles clean, prior to recycling.

Account

We do not hold any payment methods or card details on our system, we do store some personal details such as your name and address on our highly secure servers to fulfil your order.  Furthermore, we never give out your details to any third party.  You can read more about personal data in our 'Privacy Policy'.

You can edit personal details such as emails and delivery addresses by logging into your account or clicking ‘My Account’ at the top of the page.

Don't worry, it happens to us all. You can reset your password hereor choose choose 'Forgotten your password' from the Login page.

Orders

Orders placed before 11am Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 11am will be dispatched the next working day.

We aim to dispatch orders promptly, so please contact us at your earliest convenience should you wish to cancel or amend an order. 
We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, however if the order has already been dispatched, a return may be necessary. 

Please accept our apologies. Our orders are packed by human hands – whilst every effort is made to ensure orders are packaged correctly and securely, mistakes can sometimes happen! Please call our customer services team on 01252 279 936 and we will resolve the issue promptly.

Delivery & Returns

Unfortunately, we are unable to delivery to countries outside the United Kingdom. We do, however, sell our products via Amazon and eBay, both of whom can fulfil deliveries outside the UK. 

All orders are sent via DPD’s Next Day Service – a fully trackable service. You will be notified with a one-hour delivery window via SMS or email, so you don't need to wait in all day for your parcel. Find out more about DPD's deliveries.

DPD’s Follow My Parcel online tracker enables you to watch the progress of your parcel in real-time map and it also supplies a final 15-minute time slot for your convenience.

We understand how frustrating it can be, waiting for a parcel that never arrives! That’s why we use DPD to delivery our parcels.
DPD will notify you with a one-hour delivery window via SMS or email, so you don't need to wait in all day for your parcel. 

Please note that during peak times of the year such as Easter and Christmas, delivery delays may occur. If your order has not been received within 5 working days of purchase, please call our customer services team on 01252 279 936 and we will liaise directly with the courier to resolve the issue.

We hope you’ll be delighted with our products, but if for any reason you’re not completely happy, we’ll refund or replace the item(s) as part of our 100% satisfaction guarantee.

Please contact us before you return an item.  Refunds are processed immediately upon receiving the returned goods and you will be notified via email.  Your refund will be credited into your account within 1-3 working days, under the reference ‘Medsa Group'.
